für Musikschaffende – Bewerbungen von FLINTA* Personen werden besonders begrüßt.
Der Güterbahnhof Bremen - Areal für Kunst und Kultur e.V. ist seit 1997 Produktionsort für freie Künstlerinnen, Kreative und Kulturschaffende und zentraler Kunst- und Kulturstandort der freien Szene Bremens. Auf dem ca. 36.000 qm großen Gelände befinden sich Hallen und Räume für Ateliers, Proberäume, Produktionsstudios sowie Ausstellungs- und Veranstaltungsräume. Hier arbeiten ca. 300 KünstlerInnen, Kreative und Kulturschaffende in rund 100 Arbeitsräumen.
Ab dem 1.7. 2026 ist folgender Proberaum zu vermieten:
K – 16a
Atelier- und Studiohaus (UG)
Größe: 22,5 m2
Warmmiete: 121,50 €
Instandhaltungspauschale pro Band/Person: 10 €
Vereinsbeitrag: 72 € / Jahr
Deponat: 2 Warmmieten
Besichtigungstermin
Mittwoch 27.05.2026 von 16–17Uhr. Treffpunkt am Haupteingang des Atelier-und Studiohaus.
Raumvergabe
Vergeben wird der Raum durch eine Jury. Bedingung ist die Bereitschaft einer aktiven Mitgliedschaft im Trägerverein. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass mehrere Bands sich den Raum teilen.

The Güterbahnhof Bremen – Areal für Kunst und Kultur e.V., has been a place of work for freelance artists, creatives, cultural workers as well as a central art and cultural location for Bremen's independent scene since 1997. The different halls and rooms on the approx 36.000 sqm site are used as studios, rehearsal rooms, showrooms and event spaces. Roughly 300 artists, creatives and cultural workers act here in around 100 workspaces.
The following Room is available from 01.07.2026 :

Atelier- und Studiohaus (Basement)
Size: 22,5 m2
Warm rent: 121,50 €
Maintenance fee Person / p. Band: 10 €
Association fee: 72 € / year
Deposit: 2 months' rent including utilities
Viewing appointments
Wednesday, 27.05.2026, at 4–5 p.m., entrance of the studio house.
Allocation of studios
The studio will be awarded by a jury. The condition is the willingness of an active membership in the supporting association. It is also possible to apply with more band projects.
